By creating an account, browsing the marketplace, or downloading any product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

• You must provide accurate, current information when registering.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You may not share your account or transfer it to another person without our consent.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

License & usage

When you download or purchase a product from uicompose, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use it under the conditions below.

You may

• Use the product in unlimited personal and commercial projects.
• Modify, adapt, and build upon the files to fit your needs.
• Use the product for clients as part of a larger end product.

You may not

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the product as-is or with only minor changes.
• Include the product in a competing template or component marketplace.
• Claim authorship of the original design files.

Payments & refunds

Paid products are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly, all sales are generally final. If a product is materially broken, not as described, or you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will review your request for a refund.

Intellectual property

The uicompose name, logo, website design, and all underlying source files remain the property of uicompose and its creators. The license you receive grants usage rights — it does not transfer ownership of the original work.

Any feedback or suggestions you share with us may be used to improve the Services without obligation to you.

Prohibited use

You agree not to misuse the Services. In particular, you may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or harvest content at scale.
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the normal operation of the site.
